Orders for materials will be processed upon receipt of payment or as outlined in the project agreement. Typical processing times are agreed upon between client and the GD Pro Electric Services LLC, excluding weekends and holidays, unless discussed and agreed upon prior by all parties.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping methods will be determined based on the nature of the materials and the delivery location. Shipping costs will be:

  • Included in the project estimate, or

  • Charged separately and communicated prior to shipment.

Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost upon request.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Supply chain disruptions

We will notify clients of any significant delays as soon as possible.


4. Receiving Materials

Clients are responsible for:

  • Inspecting materials upon delivery.

5. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of materials transfers to the client upon delivery. GD Pro Electric Services LLC will not be liable for:

  • Misuse, improper storage, or handling by the client.


6. Returns and Refunds

Materials shipped directly to clients are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Custom or non-refundable materials are not eligible for returns unless damaged during shipping.
